How I Found This Recipe
I came across a similar hummus recipe years ago when I first got into making my own dressings, dips, hummus, soups, almond milk, and other recipes. Really- about the time I realized that buying pre-made items is extremely unhealthy. Even if you read the label, you still really do not know what chemicals are in the food you are eating.
Using Fresh Ingredients
I have been on a mission to buy fresh ingredients and make my own food. This way, I know exactly what ingredients are in the food my family and I are eating. Additionally, there are no preservatives, chemicals, GMOs, or any other nasty ingredients in the food I make. Since I began eating this way to not only get healthy, but also to lose weight. I have kept my weight and size stable for years now. I do work out, but not every single day- although I try to. (I have two toddlers that take a lot of my time, so it’s a real treat when I get to workout!)
