These chicken meatballs will absolutely make your mouth water! Not only are these able to be served up as a meal, but they make a great protein snack as well. I have also made these with ground turkey. I personally like the turkey meatballs a lot better, but my husband is partial to the chicken meatballs. Either way, you will not be disappointed. Cook them up and please let me know what you think.
If you prefer ground turkey over ground chicken, then just replace the ground chicken below with ground turkey. I guarantee you will LOVE the outcome!
